Payment can be made through Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, or, bank or personal check. If choosing Venmo and selecting "service or good" add 3% to the total amount.
50% is due at the time of booking and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
The person who completes the booking must be 25 yrs of age or older.

50% refund, 50% credit towards a future stay (good for one year)
